Terms of Service

Member: Registered user on the Craypoe.net Social Network.

Content: Any content submitted by a network member.

Spam: Unwanted e-mail (usually of a commercial nature sent out in bulk)

Pornography: (or porn) is the explicit depiction of sexual subject matter with the sole intention of sexually exciting the viewer.

Copyright:  A form of protection provided by the laws of the United States (title 17, US Code) to the authors of "original works of authorship," including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, photographic and certain other intellectual works. The right by law to be the entity which determines who may publish, copy and distribute intellectual works.

Third Party: Person or entity not party to this agreement. Someone other than Craypoe.net and its members. 

As a member of the Craypoe.net Social Network, you are permitted to submit or post content in the form of blog posts, forum posts, photos, videos and comments. All of which are permitted unless they fall under the following description:

 

1. Pornography of any kind

2. Content that infringes upon copyright protection

3. Comments, posts or other communications intended to harass another member of the Network.

4. Spamming other members.

5. Third party advertisements such as Google ads, Yahoo! Ads, (or similar) without prior consent being given by the administrators of Craypoe.net.

 

It will be assumed that by signing up for membership of the Craypoe.net Social Network that you agree to the Terms of Service.

Any violation on the part of any member of the Craypoe.com Social Network’s Terms of Service may result in the termination of their account. This may be done with or without advance notification or warning.

The terms of service are subject to change at the discretion of the Craypoe.net administrators without advance notice.
